Day of:

8:30 AM: Check in and set up. Students receive their judging time when they check in.
9:00-9:30 AM: Parent and Guest Project Previewing
9:30 AM: Judging begins. (Only students and judges allowed on floor)
12:30 PM: Awards Ceremony (estimated time)
 

Judges:
9:00 AM: Sign In and Orientation
9:30 AM: Judging begins

Concessions will be sold the day of the fair. Non-kosher food is not permitted in the buildings.

The awards presentation may last about 45 minutes.

Eligible first place participants will progress to compete in the 2012 Georgia Educational Technology Fair.

The state technology fair for NAJSTF winners only, will be held in March at GHA and Epstein.

The state technology fair winners will be announced on March 12, 2012 and students may pickup their projects after March 14, 2012 from their school.
